Overview

A scoped course assignment executed spec-first: PRD, mobile UI spec, an agent build brief, and a feature checklist went into docs/ before any code. The result is a single-screen visual task manager with Board, List, and Activity tabs covering task creation, drag-and-drop status changes, deadline color coding, in-app push-style notifications, a deadline-sorted list view, and an activity log. The README documents explicit non-goals: no backend and no persistence, local React state only. Built in a day, exactly to spec.

description

Spec Before Code

PRD, mobile UI spec, build brief, and feature checklist came first, and the implementation just follows them.

The Board

Drag-and-drop status changes, deadline color coding, deadline-sorted list view, in-app notifications, and a running activity log across three tabs.

Honest Scope

The README's non-goals say plainly what this is not: no backend, no persistence. Small, finished, and honest.

Outcomes

A demonstration that process scales down as well as up.
