Overview
A local product for Rimons IELTS that turns Zoom class recordings into reviewable Facebook/YouTube clips: import MP4/VTT from Zoom cloud recordings month-at-a-time, rank candidate clips with AI, and render only after human approval in the review UI, so paid work is explicitly authorized and capped at USD 1.50 per class. One codebase serves three interfaces: web (python -m shera), desktop (shera desktop), and a CLI with JSON output so scripts and agents can drive the machine stages. The one-command installer sets up Python 3.12 and FFmpeg, creates the venv, adds Start-menu shortcuts, and finishes with a shera doctor checklist. This is a spec-first repo: the PRD is the sole authority, decisions carry recorded IDs, acceptance gates must pass on real classes before anything is publish-ready, and a phase-1 prototype is working today.
