A team project (Team ParaDox, five members) for a Mobile Application Development course: students upload files, set per-file print options (color mode, paper size, orientation, copies, duplex, page range), see the server-computed price before paying, then join a Print Now live queue or book a pickup slot. Orders track in real time over WebSocket with a 30-second polling fallback, staff and owners move jobs through stages, and the platform admin approves shops and reads analytics. The stack is a Turborepo monorepo: Expo Router mobile app, NestJS REST + WebSocket API, a shared package, Supabase PostgreSQL via Prisma, and a bilingual English/Bengali UI via i18next.

Four roles span the whole workflow (Customer, Staff, Shop Owner, Platform Admin) with in-app wallet and cash payments, push notifications, and a ready-time ETA estimated from recent shop jobs.
